When the 22DH-C12 valve is not energized, it acts as a check valve, allowing fluid to flow from point ① to point ② while blocking flow in the opposite direction. However, when the valve is energized, the poppet within the valve core rises, creating an open flow path from point ② to point ①. In this mode, fluid can also flow from point ① to point ②. The valve also has a manual override option. To activate the override function, simply push the button in and turn it 180°counterclockwise, then release. In this position, the valve will remain open regardless of its normal operating status. If you want to return to normal operating mode, press the button, turn it 180° clockwise, and release it. The override will lock in this position, ensuring proper valve operation.
